Comparison of Magazines.

As you can see here, when it comes to different magazines, they do the fashion and the photography in different ways. Vogue - one of the most well known fashion magazine has a very bold picture on the front, a kind of sexual image with the thumb in the mouth.The outfit is very simple and plain - only two colours and the make up in neutral - the same as the expression. Sometimes having a plain expressions and plain make up says more than having it bold. Where as Tesco's is more of a family clothing line, so they have a mother and a kid, in simple but practical clothing. Vogues outfit is for a specific photo shoot, where as Tesco's is to do with everyday use. Also Vogue is a specific fashion magazine whereas Tescos has other aspects in it magazine such as food ect, so they don't need to see the magazine via the fashion mainly, Vogue does!
